You know how it is - the dog or cat food is running low, your pet is looking at you with wide eyes, but you don't have time to drive to the nearest shop. With the WOW subscription, you'll never have to worry about that again. We simply deliver your dog's or cat's favourite food to your home in the quantity you want at the interval of your choice. There's also a 10% discount on every order*, so your four-legged friend will be even happier when the doorbell rings again. 

In just a few steps

  1. Log in to your WOW customer account
  2. Go to your desired product and select ‘In savings subscription’ and your desired delivery interval
  3. Place the product in the shopping basket and repeat the steps until all the desired products are in the shopping basket
  4. Save 10% on payment* and look forward to your order regularly.

The delivery interval explained
The first delivery is dispatched immediately after a subscription is taken out. The delivery time is approx. 3 - 4 days. Subsequent deliveries will be made at the delivery interval you have selected.

Yes, because you can use your customer account to manage your individual subscription requirements. Creating a customer account is of course free of charge.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change an existing subscription. However, you can cancel a current subscription at any time free of charge (up to 3 days before the next order is placed) and create a new subscription free of charge. To bundle several products in one subscription, simply place them together in the shopping basket and select the desired delivery interval.  

You can choose deliveries at intervals of two, four, six or eight weeks. 

The first delivery is ordered immediately when you take out a subscription. This means that you will receive your first order approximately two to three working days later. 

You can cancel an existing subscription free of charge at any time in your customer account up to three days before the next order is placed. 

You can buy almost all products by subscription, with the exception of test boxes, samples, product sets and limited items.

Credit card and Apple Pay are currently available for the subscription. Further payment methods are already being planned.
